All County Asphalt Maintenance was founded in 1995 by Robert Chiapperino. What began over 13 years ago with one pick-up truck and tank has grown into one of the premier regional asphalt maintenance companies and distributors in the NY metropolitan area.

“I used to have to travel over one hour to pick up sealer so I could work” explained owner, Robert Chiapperino. “So when given the opportunity in 1997 to open our own distributorship we jumped at the chance.”

Over the next couple of years All County continued to grow, expanding from the small – one truck operation. Through acquisitions, hiring, and expansion, All County is now the first choice for many of the large commercial properties in the NY Metro area when it comes to asphalt maintenance.

Since 2002 All County has grown 10-20% each year. With 2 office staff and 10 full time field workers and sales people, All County is the largest asphalt maintenance company in Rockland County serving residential, property management companies, municipalities, utility companies, other contractors and various commercial accounts around the tri-state area.

“As a company we send various staff to conventions around the country to guarantee that we are up-to-date on not only the best practices, but the safest practices for our employees and our clients,” said Robert Chiapperino. “We look for ways to do our job better every day, ways to save our client money. And since referrals continue to be the biggest way we get new clients, we seem to be doing something right.”
